What it does
- Records meetings of any length, even with the screen locked. Pause and resume; a phone call pauses instead of ending the recording.
- Turns each meeting into an MP3, a full transcript, and a summary with key points, decisions, and action items.
- Transcribes English and Mandarin Chinese on your iPhone with Apple's speech model. Summaries use Apple Intelligence on your iPhone.
- Search every meeting, play recordings back, and export the summary and transcript or the MP3.

Support
Transcription says the speech model isn't installed. Open the Meetings tab and tap Install next to the language under Offline readiness. It is a one-time download; then tap Retry on the meeting.
No summary appears. Summaries need Apple Intelligence turned on (Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri) on an iPhone that supports it. The recording and transcript are kept; tap Retry once it is on.
Wrong language in the transcript. Pick the meeting's main spoken language before you start. Each language uses its own model.
Recording paused by itself. Calls and microphone changes (for example AirPods connecting) pause the recording so nothing is lost. Tap Resume.
