Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026. This covers the Keepsay iPhone app, published by Proxima Digital LLC.

We collect no data

Keepsay records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings on your iPhone. Your recordings, transcripts, summaries, and meeting titles are never uploaded to us, and we have no server that could receive them. The app has no account, no ads, and no analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.

Microphone and speech

Keepsay uses the microphone only while you record a meeting. Transcription uses Apple's on-device speech model. The first time you use a language, iOS downloads that model from Apple; after that, transcription works offline. Summaries use Apple Intelligence on your device.

Location

If you start a meeting without a title, Keepsay asks for your location once to name the recording after its street address. It takes a single reading, does not track your location, and stores only the resulting title. To turn the coordinate into an address, the app uses Apple Maps, so the coordinate is sent to Apple under Apple's privacy policy. You can deny location access; the meeting is then named by date and time.

Storage, backups, and sharing

Meetings are stored in the app's private storage and excluded from iCloud device backups. Nothing leaves your iPhone unless you export or share it yourself, for example the MP3 or the summary and transcript. You can delete a meeting or just its audio at any time; deleting the app removes everything.

Tips

The app offers optional tips through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment; we do not receive your name, payment details, or other personal information. A tip unlocks nothing.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
